A new joint study by UK and Chinese researchers asks: can bad air quality cause anxiety and other mental health problems?

China has been the world’s main source of greenhouse gas emissions growth over the past two decades, according to a new report by the Centre for Research on Energy and Clean Air.

While China’s President Xi Jinping pledged to end planet warming emissions at the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) party congress, he promised to do so at a “slow and steady pace” and opted instead to make energy security the top priority.

Developments are underway that will likely see more energy tie-ups between Russia and China including the Power of Siberia 2 pipeline, however closer association could present new problems as Russia seeks to pivot away from Western influences.
